Can't connect
When TeamSpeak can't reach the relay.
Ask the plugin
In TeamSpeak, /radio status. It lists every way it tried to connect and what each one hit. That list is the diagnosis: copy it into Discord if you need help.
Update the plugin
An old plugin is told to update and can't connect. Download the latest from your unit's dashboard link.
The game can't reach it
In Studio's Output, 401 means your server password is wrong or paused: see 2.3. Http requests are not enabled means the setting in 1.3.
