Each amber box is a link to the fix.

5.1.1

Is the player paired?

In TeamSpeak, /radio status. If it says not paired, see 2.5. In Roblox a line says NOBODY CAN HEAR YOU while you aren't.

5.1.2

ACRE2 or TFAR still on?

One player with either on is enough to break the sound for others. Check Tools, Options, Addons, Plugins on every PC.

5.1.3

Can they hear you out loud?

Stand beside the other player and talk without the radio. If they can't hear that either, the radio isn't the problem: see 5.2 Can't connect and the status page.

5.1.4

Same frequency?

Two radios hear each other only on the same frequency, within range. Open the radio and compare.

5.1.5

Can the listener hear radios?

A radio plays in the ear only through a headset with a free lead for it. Players start with none. Take one from the crate, or put the radio on speaker (3.5).

5.1.6

Squelch too high?

A weak caller below the squelch level is silent. The radio's LINK page says BELOW SQUELCH (3.4).

5.1.7

Out of range?

The LINK page's SIGNAL falls as you move apart, then shows a dash. Move closer, get onto higher ground, or use a relay (3.6).
