Plain words

What your Brevity licence lets you do, and what it doesn't.

Your rights come first.Written in plain words. If anything here conflicts with a right the law gives you, the law wins.
L2.1

What it covers

Brevity in up to two Roblox games that you own, or that a Roblox group you own owns, including every place inside those games. Your staff and players use it in those games, and your members download the TeamSpeak plugin from the link in the manual. Sharing that link with your members is fine.

L2.2

Changing it

You may change the settings and the scripts for your own games.

L2.3

Not allowed

  • Reselling, sharing, publishing or giving away the scripts, files or your server password.
  • Running Brevity in games that aren't on your licence.
  • Removing or getting around the licence checks.
  • Using Brevity to break Roblox's or TeamSpeak's rules, or to harm players.
L2.4

Your server password

It's for your games only. Keep it private. If it's used from a game that isn't yours, that use is refused and we may pause the licence while we talk to you. We never switch a unit off without telling you why.

L2.5

Moving the licence

A licence belongs to one Roblox account. To move it to another account (for example, a new group owner), ask in our Discord. We can refuse if it looks like a resale.

L2.6

When a licence ends

You can stop using Brevity at any time. We can pause or end a licence for a refund or a chargeback (L4), for sharing or reselling it, or for breaking these rules. Before we act on sharing, you hear from us first, unless the files were published openly. A licence ended for breaking the rules isn't refunded, unless the law requires it.

L2.7

Who owns what

Brevity's code, pictures, sounds and manual stay ours. Your game, and your changes to your own settings, stay yours.

L2.8

Copyright

If you think something in Brevity uses your work without permission, or you find Brevity shared somewhere it shouldn't be, email support@brevitycomms.com with the details and where you saw it. We'll look into it and reply.
